The hotel is incredibly noisy during functions but is perfectly located in the heart of Rundle Mall, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The rooms, despite being small and noisy with workers peeping in, feature a balcony. The service is polite but lacks consistency in etiquette. Dining offers depressing surroundings despite some good breakfast options. The location is lively but can be very noisy outside. It's a bit of a hassle to find alternative parking, but the main area is convenient.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and had a big TV with Netflix, but some issues made the stay slightly uncomfortable. The service was generally friendly and helpful, although there were noise disturbances during a meeting. The location was fantastic for shopping and sightseeing, but the dining options were limited.
